These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CozyCouple mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by MISA LUNA LIMITED ("MISA LUNA", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company number 16335349).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
CozyCouple is designed for couples to manage shared experiences, including memories, tasks, goals, meals, activities, habits, finance tracking, chat, and calendars. Some data is shared between partners within a "Couple Space." By joining a Couple Space, you agree that shared data is visible to your partner.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (including photos, videos, audio, documents, messages, recipes, and notes). By using the Service, you grant MISA LUNA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may connect third-party services such as external calendars. When you do, you authorize us to access data from those services using the permissions you approve. We access data on a read-only basis unless otherwise stated and do not modify or delete data in external services. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
We may send you important updates about the Service, such as security notices, feature changes, or account-related alerts. You can control most notifications from within the app.
The Service includes an optional paid plan. The current paid plan is £25 per year, which provides 20 GB of extra storage. All other app features remain available without payment. Payments are processed through your app store. Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, and trademarks, are owned by MISA LUNA or its licensors. You may not use our branding without our prior written consent.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and/or Couple Space within the app. When a Couple Space is deleted, shared data may be permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MISA LUNA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MISA LUNA from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
